With over 30 years of experience as a General Contractor in new home and remodeling construction. Mark's experience extends to all aspects of construction from land acquisition through design, permitting, site development, construction management and warranty. Mark tackles the on site management of suppliers and subcontractors with a hands on approach. This allows him to make fast accurate decisions resulting in better quality control. He prepares the budget and material selections with an emphasis on value engineering. His construction and accounting background are key to a more economically produced product.
